In concise generalized form the comparative analysis of the known and new data on the fundamental electro-magnetic phenomena (essence, first-sources) is presented, wherein Electromagnetic Induction(in new interpretation), Magnetodynamic Forces and Magnetoelectric Waves are physical analogous and compared on science-technical importance with the wide-known phenomena such as -- Magnetoelectric Induction (M. Faraday, 1831), Electrodynamic Forces (A.-M. Ampere, 1820) and Electromagnetic Waves (H. Hertz, 1888). The historically and logically based interpretation in terminology and sense of the induction phenomena favours to degree of order of the basic notions in their cause-consequence bonding and induces thought to further theoretical and experimental investigations.

The edition is addressed to specialists in field of electro- and magnetodynamics, physics, electrical and radio engineering, as well as to mass of interested readers, in order of high priority science-technical information for a practical use or further propagation.
